Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You may create an account with an email address or via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@askdara.io of any unauthorized use.

AskDara delivers AI-generated astrological guidance, tarot readings, chat conversations, and audio experiences through our AI companion "Dara." Dara is an artificial-intelligence product powered by third-party large language and speech models. Dara is not a human astrologer, psychic, therapist, or advisor.

All output is generated on demand and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unexpected results. Guidance is provided for entertainment, reflection, and informational purposes only and must not be relied upon as medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.

Certain features require a paid membership (for example, "Founding Member" or "Dara Plus"). Membership prices, billing cycles, and included features are shown on our Membership page and confirmed at checkout.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current period.

Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method. Failed charges may result in loss of access to paid features.

Free tier and limits. Free features are offered as-is and may include usage or rate limits from time to time to protect service quality. Limits may change.

See our Refund Policy. Personalized AI-generated content and audio are digital goods delivered on demand and are generally non-refundable once delivered.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its AI outputs.
• Submit unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing content, or content that impersonates another person.
• Use Dara for medical diagnosis, legal counsel, financial planning, or crisis response.
• Circumvent limits, share paid access, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

The Service, brand, design, code, and non-personalized content are owned by Eve Veyroj Group LLC and its licensors. You retain ownership of the questions and personal information you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs to provide the Service. Personalized AI outputs delivered to you may be used for your personal, non-commercial reflection.

The Service integrates with OpenAI, Stripe, Google, Resend, PostHog, and Supabase. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or actions of third-party providers.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eve Veyroj Group LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) US $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eve Veyroj Group LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service. You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@askdara.io. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
