Refund & Cancellation Policy

AskDara offers subscription-based memberships that provide access to premium features, including unlimited guidance and future premium experiences.

Memberships renew automatically according to the billing cycle selected during checkout unless canceled before the next renewal date.

You may cancel your membership at any time.

If you cancel:

• Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.
• You will continue to have access to premium features until your current subscription expires.
• There are no cancellation fees.

Because AskDara provides immediate access to digital services and AI-generated content, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.

We do not provide refunds for:

• Partial months of service
• Unused memberships
• Unused features
• Failure to cancel before renewal
• Personal dissatisfaction with guidance or interpretations
• Changes of mind after purchase

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged multiple times, or experienced a technical billing error, please contact us as soon as possible.

If we determine that an error occurred, we will work with you to correct the issue, which may include a refund or account credit where appropriate.

If a technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing paid features, please contact us before requesting a chargeback through your payment provider.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve verified technical problems promptly.

Founding Member pricing is available only to the first eligible members during the promotional launch period.

As long as your subscription remains active without interruption:

• Your Founder price remains locked.
• If you cancel your membership and later rejoin, the Founder pricing may no longer be available.
• Founder pricing cannot be transferred to another account.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

AskDara does not store your complete payment card information.

Payment processing is subject to Stripe's terms and policies.

If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us first.

Initiating an unnecessary chargeback without first contacting us may result in temporary suspension or termination of your account while the issue is investigated.

This section does not limit any legal rights you may have under applicable law.

We may introduce new membership tiers, features, or pricing in the future.

Any pricing changes will not affect your current billing period.

Founding Members who qualify for lifetime Founder pricing will continue paying their Founder rate while maintaining an uninterrupted subscription.

Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where local law provides additional rights regarding refunds or cancellations, those rights will apply.
